Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Reno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
