Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Northwind Wilder Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
