Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Silverline Fox Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Reno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
