Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Reno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
