Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
