Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Cedar River Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
