Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Silverline Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
