Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Civic Services and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Reno. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to budget submissions at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
