Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around Reno with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Reno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
