Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
