Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
