Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood North Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
