Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Union Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
