Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Knoxville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
