Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
