Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
