Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Knoxville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
