Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Amber Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
