Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
