Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge River Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Providence serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
