Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Cedar Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
