Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
