Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
