Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
