Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
