Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Timber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
