Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
