Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath West Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Diego. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
