Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
