Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
