Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
