Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
