Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
