Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
