Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Press is a printer and publisher in Dallas serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
