Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Loom Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
