Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Cedar Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
