Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
