Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Haven Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
