Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
