Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
