Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Providence with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
