Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight Group is a New Orleans logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
