Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
