Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Basin Health is a healthcare provider in San Diego with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
