Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
