Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Amber Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
