Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Maple Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
