Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
