Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Portland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
